Parent Behavior Reminder

It is one thing to sign the contracts, and it is another thing to abide by them. Please really focus on
the first 4 items in the parent contract below. It is easy to get caught up in the moment but remember that
this is a game and it is supposed to be fun for the girls and everyone involved. Remember you are the example. Parents can make or break a season. Please be positive!
1) I will be positive and supportive of my daughters’ commitment to her team as
stated in the player contract.
2) I will not coach my daughter or her teammates at practice or during games.
3) I will support the team with positive encouragement.
4) I will not offer negative comments during games/practices to players, coaches,
parents, officials, etc. Players know they need to talk louder, call the ball, focus more, get their serves in, etc.
But they don't need nor want to hear that from their parents. Let's leave that to their coaches.
