Hope all of you are well, and adjusting to all the new normals that we all have to figure out, one of which is not playing volleyball at this time. However, it is a great idea to keep up and improve your speed, jump, and strength training for all levels of volleyball before your season starts!! Speed, Agility, Jump and Strength Training at PDX Fitness Zone with Jessica Meligan
JV(frosh/soph): Thursday 4:30-6pm, Sunday 12-1:30pm (only one spot left)
Varsity (junior/senior): Tuesday/Thursday from 3-4:30pm (this time may be adjusted, some girls are saying it's still a little too early for them... so TBD)
Cost is $400 (or about $50/session)
