The 14s Black team had a great tournament all day and was undefeated all day and finished #1 overall after pool play.  The girls worked hard on executing plays that we have been working on the last couple weeks up to this tournament.  The championship match was against Rose City #1 team.  At one point we were down 8 points, came back to tie it up 16-16 and from there it was back and forth. Both teams played hard but we ended up losing 23-25. The second set we went down by 5 and again tied it and fought hard never giving up in either sets but again not able to get the win and lost 21-25.

So happy with this group of girls and seeing the fight in them and the ability in keeping calm when the play becomes chaotic, and staying focused.  So excited to see the improvement for each player and the team as a whole!!
